Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver:
1. PoC Framework for Global Presales organization by developing Demo/PoC/Pilot Procedures, PoC/Integration Guides, and other materials.
2. VLab Cloud platform for Center with preinstalled virtual templates in order to quickly roll out ready to use environments and demonstrate to customers and partners.
3. Global Expertise center to process RFP/RFI tender requests from presales including direct involvement in complex projects with the customers.
4. Product usage workarounds, use cases and security schemas based on hands-on experience and deep product knowledge.
5. Presales team empowerment with practical knowledge via sharing hands-on experience through Deep dive workshops, webinars, technical summits, partner summits, etc.
6. Contribute to Kaspersky products vision and development based on real market experience.
Drive complex projects related to Optimum security products. Coordinate and involve international teams.
Experience:
- Not less than 5 years of deep technical experience in IT and IT Security
- Understanding information security market and Gartner/Forrester Taxonomy
- IT and IT Sec Certifications is an advantage – CISSP, CISM, MCSE, RHCE, CCNA, CEH
Hard Skills:
- Experience in EPP/EDR products deployment, setup, consulting, administration
- Understanding complex APT attacks, killchain, MITRE matrix, advanced protection, detection and response measures
- Know virtualization technology and virtual environments including Server virtualization, VDI.
- Container technologies knowledge (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, etc.)
- Understanding network technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Understanding of corporate infrastructures architecture (AD, Proxy, Mail, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Linux OS
- Web and Messaging Systems knowledge including SaaS offerings
- Troubleshooting skills including the ability to analyze logs, traces, and dump files
Soft Skills:
- Experience in negotiations with partners and customers of any levels from technical expert to CIO/CISO.
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Effective time and project management, ability to handle several projects simultaneously
- Advanced in written and spoken English
