The testnet is live, the Bakery is hot, and it’s time to bring in someone who’ll speak to our growing community — with memes, updates, answers, and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and grow our Telegram and X (Twitter) channels — updates, vibes, and conversations.
• Handle incoming messages and questions from users, partners, influencers, and early birds.
• Launch and run community activities: AMAs, polls, games, giveaways, and weekly challenges.
• Support the testnet campaign, Early Bird onboarding, and Baking participation.
• Track and nurture community sentiment, filter feedback and suggest improvements.
• Work alongside marketing, product, and design teams to ensure a consistent brand voice for BoBe.

 Requirements:

• 1+ year experience managing Web3/crypto/DeFi/GameFi communities.
• Strong grasp of Telegram, X/Twitter, Discord, and basic community analytics tools.
• You speak native or fluent Russian and English — and you write like a human, not a bot.
• You live and breathe Web3: memes, DeFi, airdrops, staking/baking, wagmi, gm/gn, etc.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with a sense of ownership.
• Capable of keeping tone & voice aligned with BoBe’s persona — friendly AI partner with a spark.

 Bonus if you:

• Have experience managing influencers, regional ambassadors, or mod teams.
• Understand tokenomics, reward mechanics, or use Dune/analytics dashboards.
• Are ready for flexible hours, including during product launches and community events.
