We are looking for an ambitious Senior Affiliate & IB Channel Manager to join our team and grow with us!

What We Expect
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in affiliate or IB management within Forex, CFD, or Crypto markets;
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets and SaaS;
- Language Skills: English at C1 level Additional languages are a plus;
- Location: Candidates must not be located in Russia or Belarus;
- Time Zone: Ability to work in GMT+4 (±1 hour) or align with this time zone.
Responsibilities
- Channel Ownership: Take full ownership of the IB and affiliate channel, defining and executing growth KPIs, revenue targets, and performance strategies;
- Recruitment & Negotiation: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, agents, and IB partners, with a focus on APAC and LATAM markets. Negotiate partnership terms and bonus structures;
- Performance Management: Set and achieve channel performance goals, regularly analyze partner performance, and optimize revenue generation;
- Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the central point between sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline IB-related operations, including partner listings, dashboards, payment flows, and legal agreements;
- Campaign Management: Propose and coordinate GEO-specific campaigns, including landing pages, teasers, banners, and bonuses;
- Training & Support: Develop onboarding materials, training assets, and product knowledge resources for partners;
- Reporting & Oversight: Maintain updated records of agreements, performance tracking, payouts, and compliance, ensuring visibility of results and continuous process improvement;
- Process Management: Create, execute, and support all processes related to partnerships;
- SaaS Integration: Build relationships with integrators and develop a new distribution model for IT products.
