Placing orders and non-standard orders in ERP systems and checking blocked of them (monthly verification of correctness of placed orders);
Process returns and ensure credits are processed;
Acquire approvals based on internal rules;
First line support for Quote related questions, check correctness of them;
Liaise with internal departments (Contracts, Pricing, Accounting, Legal, Supply Chain);
Processing orders accurately with SLA targets;
Provide on-demand training for Kaspersky partners and sales;
Support in onboarding of new partners and sales managers.

3+ years experience with Sales Order Processing/Sales Order Management or a customer service position (IT/Software industry experience preferred);
Good hands on experience with MS Office, especially Excel;
Experience in handling complex orders;
Dealing with emails efficiently, prioritizing issues and forwarding enquiries to the relevant colleague or department;
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships;
Professional fluency in English.
